A custom program is created for any themed event including "Decade themes from the 1920's -1970's" Port O' Call, Family Night, Birthday, Valentine, Rodeo, Mardi Gras, Easter, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, and many more.
These are some of the responses I hear after an event.
Decade themed events from the 20's thru the 70's will certainly make folks "In the Mood"
After several years in the Senior Living Entertainment Community,
I have developed a reputation of delivering a unique product that is enjoyed by all. Grand Openings at the Village of River Oaks and Clayton Oaks combined with many marketing events and family nights at the Solana Vintage Park or happy hour at The Conservatory have greatly influenced this popular reputation. Jack played for our 50th wedding anniversary party at a local venue, Emory's Buffalo Creek, Bellville. He provided excellent background music, playing and singing songs from the '60s and '70s that lent a nostalgic air to our celebration. He was very accommodating, taking requests from the guests, allowing us to use his P.A. for addressing the group, and even making spot announcements when we asked. As our daughter-in-law said, we enjoyed "great SAX for our wedding anniversary." Thank you, Jack!!!
Jack has played for several events for my family over the years. One of my favorite memories is watching my grandma who was in the midst of her battle with Alzheimer's come to life at on of these events and she was the happiest my family had seen her in a while. I highly recommend Jack.
Howdy!
I want to thank you again for your participation in our Travel Reunion on Friday evening.
We had a record crowd of over 300 travelers attend our event – our biggest reunion to date. Everyone had a terrific experience and a very fun time.
I heard from many travelers and guests throughout the weekend how pleased they were and how much they enjoyed the evening – many saying it was our best ever.
I very much appreciate you taking the time out of your schedule to join us. It means a lot to our program as well as our travelers to have you at our event.
I hope you enjoyed the evening and we look forward to having you join us again next year!
Thank you - I appreciate your time and support of the Traveling Aggies!

Jack, All of our guests have left, so I just had to drop you a note to tell what a perfect job you did. We have had more comments on how nice the music was with the meal and how much everybody enjoyed it. It is certainly made our day. Everything was just perfect. We have had more people ask where our daughter found you. So, we have given them your name. I think Glenn has run out of your business cards. Keep playing that sax, Jack. You are wonderful. Keep in touch. Glenn and Jerri L.
I can't say enough good things about this guy. His music and his style create a warmth and joy that fills the room. Over and over again our guest kept telling us what a wonderful evening it was, we even received letters thanking us for the wonderful memories. Jack knows how to read a crowd and I love how he was able to suprise the guests by getting the bride's dad to sing a song! I love how his music appeals to all ages, young and old! It was fun to see grandparents, dancing with grandchildren and the joy that was filling their faces. What fun!! He was so much better than a DJ. I feel words aren't adequate to describe the atmosphere he created. You just couldn’t help but have fun. I have helped plan many weddings, and one thing I always tell bride's is don't skimp on the entertainment or the photographer. They are your most important investments. You can skimp on other things and no one will hardly notice, but your entertainment makes your event. A good musician can take it from an ordinary event to an extraordinary memorable one. And your photographers will catch it all for you to enjoy for years to come. Jack is a wonderful talent and worth the investment for almost any event, wedding, corporate event, birthday parties even a backyard barbecue!!! Thanks for making ours so special! We are grateful for the all wonderful memories!
Jack Carr has entertained at many events for us in recent years in venues large and small. He never fails to make a great impression. He is an excellent musician. But, more importantly, he has a great sense for the crowd. His playlist extends from the American songbook, Jazz, country, the Beatles, etc. We had a big dinner two weeks ago and Jack's music made the evening!
We have used the outstanding services of Jack T Carr for two non-profit charitable events and a private dinner party. We also have him pre-booked for an upcoming event in February of 2018. Not only is Mr. Carr truly talented, his genre is quite versatile making him suitable for all types of events. We appreciate his outstanding talent and professionalism and look forward to many more engagements in the future.
Do you have questions about what I can do for your event? Are you interested in collaborating on a project? Send me a message, and I will get back to you very soon.
